What we commit to in writing
Every item here appears in the offer or in the agreement, so you hold us to it and do not rely on what we say on this website.
Written scope and acceptance criteria
Before any payment you know exactly what will be delivered, and by which criterion it is judged accepted. Anything outside the scope is priced before it is carried out.
Payments tied to delivery
40% at the start, 30% when a working version is shown, and 30% on acceptance and approval. We never ask for the full project fee upfront, and the final files are handed over after the last payment.
Full ownership for you
Everything we deliver is yours. Third-party licences stay with their owners under their own terms. And we show your project as a case study only with your written approval.
Accounts in your name
Hosting, domains, licences and external subscriptions are opened in your name from the first day. We work with temporary access, and leave the accounts after handover.
Your customers' data stays in your accounts
We do not place their personal data in any external tool or service without your written consent. We take a backup before any data migration and try it first on a test copy.
Human review and a named person
Ibrahim Amin, owner and project manager, is your contact and is accountable for delivery. Every delivery is reviewed before it reaches you.

How we handle your data
Data differs in sensitivity, so we follow fixed rules:
- We build on aggregated, anonymised or sample data wherever possible.
- Your customers' personal data stays in your accounts.
- We take a backup before any data migration, and rehearse the migration on a test copy first.
- We use what you share with us only for the agreed work.
- If a project involves sensitive health, financial or personal data, we accept it only after a paid diagnostic, and we work inside your environment with temporary permissions and a data-processing agreement.
The tools we use
We may use modern software tools and technical services to carry out the work, without entering the client's personal data into any of them unless the client agrees in writing. Every delivery is reviewed by a person before it reaches you, and a named person is accountable for it.
If your contract or platform restricts certain tools, tell us before we start. We follow the restriction or decline the project.
How this website is built
You can check each item in your browser's developer tools:
Static pages
The pages are static and the demos run inside your browser. Their forms and sample accounts do not connect to a server to store requests or create real accounts.
No tracking
The website code adds no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The privacy policy explains how hosting handles technical data.
Encrypted connection only
The website works over HTTPS only, and tells the browser not to use anything else.
A strict content security policy
We block any script, font or image from loading from outside our own domain, and we block the website from being embedded in other pages.
Make sure you are really talking to us
Scammers copy the names of small companies. Keep these rules:
- Our only website is nexmizan.com. Any other address is not ours.
- Our official e-mail ends with @nexmizan.com only.
- We never ask for your account passwords or card details by WhatsApp or e-mail. You give us access from inside your own tools, as temporary access that you can cancel.
- We never ask for a payment without a written offer and an invoice.
If a disagreement arises
The written acceptance criteria decide. If the work meets them, it counts as accepted; if it does not, we correct it and present it again. A request that goes beyond the criteria is treated as a change, priced before it is carried out.
The governing law and the way disputes are settled are stated in the signed agreement for each project, so you read them before you sign.
